Hubby's at it again.

Hubby went to the local city auction. He came home with two 12x40 rolls of high traffic Berber carpet, 12-15 half rolls of fake stone linoleum, twelve 4x4 and two 4x6 sheets of hardboard, and 12 christmas tins. Guess how much?
$300. *boggles* The carpet? It's new, and it retails for $1200 a roll.
It's now officially my new favorite place to shop. He said he saw a family there with a gihugic rental truck, and they were loading furniture. He went and asked them about it. I guess they'd come to the auction to furnish their entire house. They went home with enough high end furniture to do just that, and only spent $500. For the entire house. *picks up jaw*
Dood. I'm gonna be an addict here right quick. Someone take my checkbook away. I so don't have room for more stuff.
ETA: Oh, I almost forgot to mention this in all the excitment over linoleum (did I just sound like Xander there?). Anyway, I finally saw Prisoner of Azkaban. Wow. Just... wow. And not a moment too soon, as I have to give back the DVD tomorrow. *happy sigh* Yeah. Tell me there's another one. There's gonna be another one, right? Right?
