The diet is going pretty well.  The first week I lost 3 and a half pounds.  I dropped a couple more over that first weekend too, but then this week I've only lost about a pound a half from the first week.

Oh, it's been so tough to stick to sometimes.  I've learned that I've got to follow the diet exactly as the trainer laid it out for me, otherwise I get unbearably hungry.  One night I'd skipped part of the breakfast and part of the lunch, and ended up with a serious case of the munchies by late that night.  I snacked well into the night just trying to get rid of the awful hungry feeling.

I'm doing a lot better now.  Hubby let me have some chocolate chip cookie dough ice cream on Saturday.  Best stuff I've had in a long time.

I've noticed a trend though.  I kinda ate too much dinner Saturday night, and regretted it.  So, my original test of what is bothering me and what's not?  I've found that eating the healthier foods is making me feel better.  I haven't gotten sick to my stomach in two weeks, except for last night after we ate ribs for dinner.  Something to learn.  Also?  My skin is clearing up just a bit.

More next week...

You are doing pretty well. As everything consistence is the key.

I haven't gotten sick to my stomach in two weeks, except for last night after we ate ribs for dinner.

This is normal, you've been eating healthy and ribs are too greasy and that upset your stomach who felt the aggression.

=)

I really should know better. That right there is why I don't eat from fast food joints much anymore.

You're right though, I do need to be more consistent.
