Dessert: Peach Cake

saifaiI've been postponing making my Mom's birthday cake for weeks now because of one or both of us being sick every weekend. Finally, tonight I got up the gumption to make it. I actually served it with Easter dinner, but my Mom loved it. Super, super yummy! Thought I'd share the recipe:

BTW, I finally finished my antibiotics. They were okay, but turned me into a bit of a zombie. That's far better than any other reaction I've had, so it was something I could live with. I took the last one this morning and am very thankful! I've been pretty useless for the past week. I've not done much besides sleep and read. Tomorrow I get to catch up on gardening and house work. Yay!
