Hubby goes Buffy and other weirdness
Apr. 8th, 2006 07:29 pmStory One
First story happened tonight with my hubby. He was telling me that since we were out of hamburger meat we were having veggie spaghetti sauce. I was thinking that we had chicken in the freezer and I said...
Me: What, you didn't want to make Chicken Cacciatori?
Hubby: Noooo. *looks confused* Besides, we didn't have any chickens to catch anyway.
Me: *blinks* Wha... huh?
*snerk* My hubby is funny (except in that he was serious sort of way). Reminded me of Buffy.
Story Two
Story two surrounds my little nephew who's having his third birthday today (well, the party anyway). My sister tells me that he told her he was mad at Jesus. The reason? Because he prayed and it didn't make him feel better. *gr*
Anyone watch that show Ghost Whisperer? Well my sister said she was driving around one day with the him, and as they're driving past a cemetary he says to her, "Mommy? Are those people dead yet?" She glances over at the cemetary to see what he's looking at but doesn't see anything. She looks at him and says, "Honey, what people are you talking about?" He points somewhere in the cemetary and repeats, "Those people there. Are they dead yet?"
My sister says she looked again but the cemetary grounds appeared to her to be empty. *gets chills* Weird, huh?
ETA: Just a side note for all of you who may wish to email me in the future, and especially those that already have done so in the past. Since my site is down my main email address has changed. If you need to contact me just use my livejournal email address (listed in my userinfo).
