{{hugs}} I share in your aggravation. They sent us a phone for a free trial once. We never opened the phone, but sent it back just a few days past the expiration date. Then they sent us a bill for $300. I won't even get a contract after that incident. The boys use prepaid phones.
Damn. That about sucks. Don't blame you a bit for using the prepaid phones. We used them for a long time but gave into contracts when my sister-in-law started working for a cell phone company. We've been kinda following her around since then (yes, she currently works for Verizon... lol)
