saifaiHad a nasty migraine last night. Got a migraine on top of a headache.
Did some research on symptoms this morning and found this: Migraines Leave Trail of Scars.
Scary. Still, nothing to worry about as far as long term effects go. However, I'm one of those 15% with aura. Also, I have them quite a bit more frequently than the average person with migraines.
I'm a bit behind on email again. I'm kinda taking it easy today, so I'll also have to catch up on LJ comments and people's posts later on.
