Old Virgins
I reluctantly watched Th Forty Year Old Virgin the night before last with hubby. Honestly I only watched it because I was sick and too lazy to get up and move. Hubby took advantage. *scowls* I suffered through the first twenty minutes glaring at hubby for making me watch it. By the second half hour, and for the rest of the show, I laughed my ass off. Darn funny film. Entirely too vulgar... but funny.
The best part? The special features. There's an extended version of one scene where two of the characters are talking about how they know they other is gay. It gets pretty raunchy, and might I say? It's a slash lovers dream. LOL. (There's actually a couple more scenes like that on the bonus features)

Leaving on a Jet Plane
In other interesting news, hubby is applying for a new job. He's getting a bit postal about his current job and thinks its time for a change. He's going to start applying for jobs with the airlines. He found one job that pays about $5 more an hour than what he makes now, and would enable him to finally use the navigational skills he learned in the NAVY. He's really excited about that. Problem is that the job openings for that position are open everywhere but Idaho. We'd be looking at moving to Oregon, Montana, or Salt Lake City.
I'm totally open for it though. I'm out of school and we have nothing else holding us here. It would be neat to move somewhere else, even if it was for a short time.
But alas, this is all premature. I'll give details as they develop over the next few months on whether we're moving anywhere or not. *bounce*

Date: 2006-02-05 03:44 am (UTC)I was about to say that it's not glamorous...and then I remembered that, since I've worked as a film extra, actress, and danced for a band, that might sound a bit specious. Still...it's really not that glamorous.
