Been offline for a couple days, and will be for a few more. I've injured my back. Hurts to sit, lay down, stand... I think I got all of three hours of sleep last night (combined), and half of that was this morning after I'd finally become too exhausted to care.

Oh, and how did I injure my back you ask? A drive-by pillowing. That's right folks, I was ruthlessly attacked without provocation by evil pillows. Or possibly blankets. I'm not sure. Either way I woke up in pain. *kicks evil pillows in retaliation*

You can quite laughing now. *pouts*

Feh. I'm off to take more drugs for the pain. I've discovered a lovely side effect of back pain is tension headaches. As if my migraines aren't enough...

*grumbles*

Oh, girl!

::hugs you gently::

I know all about back pain. Had a bout of it myself back in November. Frelling agonry for about 4 weeks straight. If it doesn't get better soon, hie thee to thine doctor. Get some physio. Get some massage therapy. Makes them give you pain meds and muscle relaxers that *work* not this over the counter crap that has no effect.

And if you start getting pain down your leg too, avoid sitting. It puts more stress on your back. The best thing to do is stand when you can, and when you do lay, put a pillow under the knees.

::hugs you again::

Thanks for the hugs. :) Oh, and for the advice. Tried the pillow under my knees thing and it made it easier on my back. Could got a bit better sleep.

I think it'll be okay before those few weeks, as I'm already feeling better, but it's weak something awful. I was in the kitchen yesterday and wore myself out looking for a tupperware container. *snerk*

Well, back to bed...

You are most welcome. Glad to have been of service. That pillow under the knees thing has saved my sanity from time to time with back pain. I get flare ups now and then, but twice in my life was nearly incapacitated. It's nasty to have back pain - be good to your back.

Glad to hear that it is a bit better. You just keep on taking care of yourself.
