Smarter than the average bear...
Mar. 15th, 2005 01:52 pmDamnit. Just heard back from hubby. Good news? His co-dispatcher is getting in trouble for what she said yesterday. I believe the main boss' exact words were, "What the hell? Is she even supposed to handle those things?"
Bad news? I'm getting moved again. Okay. So it would seem that my previous driver, Mr. Chauvinist Harassment guy, is smarter than he looks. He's been not turning in my conduct reports. Why would he do that? Because it looks bad for me when the kids aren't getting any better, and oh look... no conduct reports. Apparently he's done it before to the other women he didn't like working with.
This time though, he hadn't realized that I had been working with my supervisor all along. After the kids starting saying that nothing was happening to them, and that my threats of conduct reports were empty to them, I had a fit. I called my supervisor and told them what the kids were saying. She called the principal of the school and chewed her ass out. Guess what the principal said? "What conduct reports?" *rolls eyes* So, they go through the driver's book that's kept on all the buses. What should they find? All the old conduct reports.
Joy. My driver was trying to get rid of me. Anyway, long story short *snerk* I'm on a new route yet again. Nope, they decided that me being put on a cake route was "a grosse underuse of her talents." *loves on her supervisor* My supervisor begged with the big boss to pick out a route that would be better suited for me. As of this afternoon, I'm on another difficult route. Don't know a thing about it yet other than that the driver has threatened to quit if he doesn't get some help soon.
Eep. Kinda scared outta my mind wondering what hell they're putting me in now, but also kinda proud that whatever it is they thought I could handle it best. :D
More later kiddos....
