I think I might have solved a few problems for my site.  I'd had problems with the layout I was using, in the new XML version I've been showing off?  I have a banner rotator at the top.  Every time it would load though, it would push everything but the side columns down.  Drove me nuts.  Finally fixed it by adding a layer thingy and setting the top margin down (much like you do with LJ layouts for adding a header image).  Works like a charm now.

Also, I think I finally fixed the problem with spam bots trolling my site for email addresses.  I've got a new form in PHP that hides the email address within the PHP coding.  Can't see it by looking at it, so it's all good.  All page pages themselves will then use this form and then just tell the PHP what configuaration to use.  In the PHP file, you can setup different configurations for different sites and different email addresses.  All very cool stuff.  Hopefully it'll reduce the amount of spam I'm getting.  We'll see how it goes.

*checks calendar* Only six more days of school.  *bounce*  The kidlets have started acting like monkeys already.  Well, the elementary kids anyway.  The junior high kids are still subdued from all the testing.
