LOL, you should probably love Jeff more as he's the baking guy, but I do know it's a grape product. Something cool you can do with cream of tartar is mix it with peroxide and use the fizzy paste to clean old unsealed porcelain. I stained an ancient tub with bleach (yellow), and that stuff took it right out.
