I'm so tired. I couldn't sleep last night. It was so weird. I would think for a split second that I'd felt fatigue... but then my eyes would pop open and the feeling would slide away.
At one point I took sleeping pills. I even went to my bedroom and laid down. After the third time around counting patterns on the ceiling, I gave it up for a lost cause. I headed downstairs for some Sleepytime tea.
Some time around 5am I finally did get to sleep. After a half dozen cups of tea and more staring at the ceiling, the exhaustion hit me like a freight train.
Weird Dreams
I had the weirdest dreams too. I dreamed of a mall, or some business facility, that I worked in. The place was being remodeled and had the most interesting architectural details. There were giant chandeliers hangning down from the roof that almost looked like there were covered in glass made of bubbles. The glass all shone with an irresdescent briliiance. The floors were covered ever so often with with thick opaque glass tiles back lit from lights underneath.
( The weirdness and creepy factor continue... )
That's when I woke up. Pretty freaky, huh? I thought for sure I was a goner. I'm so glad I woke up.
Now to make myself feel better I'm going to go work my way through that chocolate chip cookie dough I still haven't made into cookies with yet. *gr*
