Wishes & Updates
Sep. 26th, 2004 01:41 pmFirst, the updates. First week of the diet I have lost three and a half pounds. Also? My skin is clearer. Not to bad if I do say so myself. The diet was a bit hard to get used to, but it'll work out for the better in the long run. In a few weeks, the trainer will evaluate our diets to see where we need to make changes.
Oh, and hubby took me clothes shopping yesterday. Only had to go to two stores, but finally found some jeans. I have such a hard time buying them. I'm short, and I have short legs (my body is longer). So, pants are always longer on me. Cropped pants? If they don't come down to my ankles, then they just look like they're just a bit too short (ie, they look ridiculous).
I ended up with Levi boot cut, slim fit, low rise, short length. They're still a bit too long, but as they're boot cut its to be expected. Problem is I don't have boots, but I do have platform tennies from Sketchers. They'll work in a pinch. The low rise is bothering me though. I've never worn those type before. I keep wantin' to hike 'em up. *gr*
Now for the wishes...
