Kettles Marathon. Fic Recs...

saifaiSpent a nice weekend avoiding all things internet. Well, not all things. Just most of them. I managed to get about 4 days behind in my email again. As of right now though, I'm all caught up. I think I read through over 2500 emails. Possibly more, as I lost count about half way through. I'm all emailed out.
We're still not sure yet where we're moving. I wish Mr. Switzerland will get back to hubby with good news. That'd really make my day.
The Kettles
I spent a good part of this weekend watching Ma & Pa Kettle films. Anyone ever seen those? Gotta love 'em. Classic. Haven't seen 'em yet? Start with the 1947 classic, The Egg and I, starring Claudette Colbert, Fred MacMurray, Marjorie Main, Percy Kilbride, and Richard Long.

Also, while not watching the Kettle films I was on a fic reading binge. Most of them came from emails that'd been sitting in my inbox forever, from lists and such. There were a few others though, and I'm not entirely sure how I found them. There was After the Hellmouth, a crossover with BtVS, Angel, LotR, and Andromeda in one nice package. jodyorjen's fics that I'd never read before, from over at her site.
Feh. That's all the excitement I have. Time for me to head back to work and get my site all caught up so I can move on to Star Trek...
