Hey.  Oh wait, it was the Superbowl we just had, right?  *scratches head*  Who played again?  Was it the Broncos or something?  *ducks the flying fruit*

Yeah.  So.  My hair?  So sick of it.  It's frizzy, and it's got split ends, and it's long, and it's shapeless, and it's got gray hairs!  I should just shave it all off.  But I won't.  I keep whining to hubby about it.  I keep it up and one of these days he'll spring for a trip to the beauty parlor.  Or at least, that's what I'm hopin'.

Went to the movies with the hubby and my mother on Sunday.  We saw Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire.  Mom and hubby always ask me about movies before we see 'em because I always seem to be in the know on what people think.  Only this time, you know what all I could tell them? "My sources tell me to keep an eye out for the Weasleys, and to be sure to have Bob handy."  Mom gave me a strange look and ignored me, hubby busted a gut... then scowled and eyed my hand bag suspiciously.

Your girls (and guys) are a bad influence in on me.  If anyone on my f-list had anything good to say about GoF besides something about the Weasley twins, I obviously m missed it.

On another note, I rather enjoyed the film.  Must make it known again how much I adore Lucius Malfoy.  He's got such a wicked smirk.  *happy sigh*  Thought the effects were excellent.  I was pleasantly surprised by Cho Chang's accent.  Loved it to bits.

Ah yeah, and I made a double batch of chocolate chip cookies yesterday.  Hubby got the mechanics at work to help us out of a wiper mishap, and promisd them treats.  I gave 'em two dozen to share between the three of them.  They were a hit.  One of them got it before the other two and was well into his own share and contemplating the rest of the cookies when his co-workers found him.  They squabbled over them.  What better compliment is there to one's cookies than to have mechanics squabble over them?  *gr*

Nah, maybe you should just trim your hair a little.

Oh no, football is evil. Harry Potter is much better! Glad you liked the movie. I only saw it once, so I'm still up in the air about it, but that's because I'm a Riddle fan and I'm not so sure about Voldemort. I think I expected too much.

I like the actor for Lucius too, has a strange attractive evilness to him. ^_^ Don't you think he'd make a great elf in a Tolkien movie? I could imagine him as a King Thingol or even the evil Eol, the Dark (read: EVIL) Elf, from the Silmarillion. Anyway, I digress... I hope to see the new HP movie but will wait till its on DVD since we don't do theatres anymore.

Ha! You reminded me to make the chocolate chip cookies I was going to make tonight! Mmm... chocolate....

Found me a hair dresser and will let her decide what to do with me. I'll tell her not to shave my head and see what happens. *gr*

Yes, better to see GoF than superbowl any day in MHO. Was very exciting to see Voldemort in this one, but still wished they would have showed a more Riddle appearance. Although, and don't laugh, he had nice feet. ::giggles::

I honestly didn't go into it expecting much other than to ogle the Weasley twins. *shrug*
