Bah.  I'm gonna have to take a leave of absence from work.  My illness is just gotten worse recently, and I'm not sure when it will get better.  Rather than work a few days, take off a few days, and go to the doctor several times, I'm just going to stay away until I feel better and then go back to the doctor once right before I go back.  I think it'll work out for the better.  Less money, but nothing I can do about that.  For the moment though, it means I have more time to catch up on projects I've got going on.

In other news, we're in a financial bind.  We couldn't sell one of our investments and can't keep up with the payments.  On the plus side, it's tax time.  Because of our annual income level, we might be able to get some of that back.  Also, hubby's looking into another type of investment business, one which he's much more well suited for based on his skills.  I haven't lost hope yet.  I have faith that things will look up.

I've been reading like a bandit.  I haven't been commenting on things like I should have though *hides*.  Comments are coming though.  I put all the ones I liked into a folder so I can go back and comment when I have more time.  See?  That counts for being a good doobie, right?  When I get around to it, I'll post a list of recs for my favorite ones so far.  Who knows, if I really get ambitious maybe I'll see if I can archive any of them at my site.  I can always dream, right?  *g*

Meh. Just got me a sickness that won't freakin' go away is all. It's been going around. I'm praying to the Gods of health as we speak, so hopefully I can get better soon. :)
