A little bit of this and that (aka boredom)


  • The things people will do when they're bored: Human Pong

  • Lookup "Kouga" on Google Images and just see what comes up (caution: porn ahead).  And in case you didn't get the same results, you're looking for this image from (I'm guessing) Inuyasha.

  • For those of you going WTF on the previous one and wondering how little 'ol me who's not into anime came up with the name Kouga in the first place... it's because of a story of course.  There's a lovely little Inuyasha/Harry Potter crossover I just started reading: "A New Life" by Spiritraven.  I've been on a Harry Potter kick lately and wondered what crossovers there was out there (For the Stargate and SGA fans out there, you can find a slew of HP 'em at the crossover archive - Wormhole Crossing).  This one puts Snape in charge of dealing with what to do with the Potter brat.  So what does he do with him?  Sends him 500 years into the past (read as: As far away from him as possible).  *gr*

  • In case I haven't mentioned it in the past five minutes or so, Transformers kick ass.

  • I found a lovely site with all manner of fanart.  There's something for almost everyone there ( there's Gundam Wing, Harry Potter, and Lord of the Rings) - Paper Flowers.  Even if you're not in those fandoms it's totally worth a look.  This artist has a way with pictures.  They composition, color, and layout of the work is truly inspiring.

I'm gonna have to watch MST3K one of these days. I tried to watch it a couple times when I was in high school. I hated it at the time because they wouldn't shut up long enough for me to watch the films they were flaming. LOL. Yes, I'm one of those folks who actually enjoyed "Attack of the Killer Tomatoes"...

Might be worth giving it another shot now that I'm not sixteen and trying to watch it at 3am the morning before an big exam and high on about a half dozen Mountain Dews and a bag full of candy. *cough*
