They shut off our phone three days early just for grins.

...and no, we didn't complete the process of porting our numbers.

They are so off my Christmas list.

I share in your aggravation. They sent us a phone for a free trial once. We never opened the phone, but sent it back just a few days past the expiration date. Then they sent us a bill for $300.
I won't even get a contract after that incident. The boys use prepaid phones.
