Totally. We've lost this year two TVs, a game system, one computer (so far), and the microwave is about to go. LOL It's a curse for sure!

Didn't end up having sewer gas issues, thankfully. Did finally manage to get the toilet fixed. Good thing too, my Mom was about to give in and call the plumber. Once I've started though... NEVERRRR!
