Changing tides...

It always amazes me that just when you've set your mind, something comes along that forces you to go with the flow. *shrugs* I'm not sure how to fell about it yet, but I'm sure I will soon. More on what caused it later when my head has cleared a bit.

At the moment however, I'm just too tired. My plans for going to bed early were thwarted by another quicky project. I still managed to get in bed early, but just couldn't sleep. After about an hour long nap, I woke up. Feeling vaguely nausious right about now.

In more brighter news, hubby thinks he found a way for me to get a new computer. Leave it to him to finagle a deal with someone. Anyway, it's something I'll be needing with the new uber-projects I'll have to be dealing with in the near future. That could be a very good thing for me. The resources on this machine have been all but tapped. If it all works out, I'll have it my hands within a month.

Spider Man canon vs. fanon and vampire puppets...

Just finished reading a lovely story. It's a Spander with Peter Parker thrown in for flavor. It's called Dimensionally Challenged. The characters are great, and if you're looking for a slash crossover this is the one. Plenty of Buffy bashing for those of you in the fan club.

It brought to mind something I've wondered about though. I've seen the films for Spiderman, but I never really was a huge fan of the comic series or any cartoons for the character. In the film, his webs are natural aren't they? I'm wondering if in the comic series they're mechanical "shooters" though... It's just something mentioned in the story so I was wondering if any of ya'll are Spider Man geeks...

Yeah, so, I followed that up with a completely shallow yet endearing film... Legally Blonde 2. Gotta love the Million Dog March with the great pink banner. Heh.
